Anton Sprint Pro 6 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser with Direct CO2 Measurement, Nox and Bluetooth

The Anton Sprint Pro 6 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser is their flag ship model and has the same functionality as the Pro 5 but also has a direct infra-red CO2 sensor built in to measure ambient CO2 levels in commercial kitchens and for fume investigation work as set out in CMDDA 1. The Anton Sprint Pro 6 Multifunction Flue Gas Analyser can be used to do flue gas analysis with multi fuel options, you can also  carry out a whole range of pressure measurements like differential pressure, working pressure operating pressure, flue draft pressure and standard pressure.It can also measure differential flow, return and ambient CO safety levels. The Pro 6 will calculate efficiency; determine CO: CO2 ratios, nitric dioxide and measure the levels of the following gases:

• Carbon Monoxide (CO)
• Nitric Oxide (NO)
• Carbon Dioxide (CO2)
• Oxygen (O2)

The Pro 6 multifunction flue gas analyser features an integrated over-range protection which will stop the pump automatically once the level of CO goes above 4,000 ppm CO. It can also be used to measure temperature (differential, flow, return and excess air) and efficiency and BS7967 CO sweep tests. This EN 50379-1:2012 and EN50379-3:2012 complaint tester is therefore ideal for professional plumbers, oil and commissioning engineers, particularly those working with BS7967:2015 as it is able to produce BS7967 reports on CO room

In addition to this, the Anton Sprint Pro 6 multifunction flue gas analyser supports future upgrades allowing you to upgrade the instrument to have direct CO2 measurement depending on your application.

Its large function buttons make the Anton Sprint Pro 6 multifunction flue gas analyser’s measurement features and intuitive menu simple-to-navigate; this adds to the efficiency and ease-of-use of this tester. This detector also features a high colour-contrast display via which the operator can navigate the menu's and view the measurement results, as well as colour prompts and warnings.  

Further to this, the Anton Sprint Pro 6 multifunction flue gas analyser has a rugged and practical design which includes a more robust instrument with a re-design of the condensate trap making it of particular and practical use for professional engineers. The Sprint Pro 6 features a robust and durable construction featuring a double PTFE hydrophobic filter protection against condensation ingress which prevents the instrument from having water ingress from the condensation trap with a particulate filter that matches the analyser’s durability and has been designed so that it is easy to empty. Via a USB interface, the user can transfer data to a PC with Anton’s Sprint PC Software installed, allowing for data transfer. This instrument also supports USB-C charging. 

Data can also be transferred to a compatible Anton Sprint Pro Printer (Supplied in Kit A or B or sold separately) via the IRDA communication interface. Further to this, the Anton Sprint Pro 6 multifunction flue gas analyser features the ability to connect to Anton’s Pro gas leak detector.

In addition to transferring data to a PC via a USB interface, the Anton Sprint Pro 6 can also be connected to an iOS or Android smartphone / tablet, with the Anton Sprint Pro Mobile App installed, via the wireless communication interface, the user can transfer all the reports they would normally print off and this can generate a whole host of gas safe forms like CP12 forms etc and you can also set reminders to contact the customer again in 11 months time to get repeat business.
